From a young age, I was surrounded by the natural remedies and holistic philosophies of my grandparents, who were passionate advocates for herbal medicine. ​As I grew older, I found myself grappling with hormonal imbalances and the debilitating symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). These struggles not only affected my physical health but also took a toll on my emotional well-being. Frustrated by the limitations of conventional medicine, I sought alternatives.
